Posts: 76 04/10/09 03:38 PM	Hello everyone! I'm a new member, though I ghosted on the site for the last month or so. Consider me insanely jealous of all the fun you seem to be having in Cowford. It's not so exciting here in the central part of the state. I'm a steampunk newbie (hence my Dr. Horrible cliched goggle icon), but a history afficiando (particularly 18th C. France and England - and The Complete History of Ireland) and a Jane Austenite. Um... not sure what else to put just yet, I'm goofing off at work. So... HI! :D -Mlle Graves

I am sure once people get to know you we can probably arrange a place to stay if need be. Please take advantage of the Victoriana Catagory as it is set up for discussions pertaining to the actual Victorian Era, in which you already have leanings toward, instead of our version of events. If you were questioning going to hang out with them at one of their events, don't. I had fun talking to them in the little time I had. I hope to see you all again soon!

I was guided here through linkage by Aadaria and another (I have my suspicions he is the Lord Mayor...However I know not for certain because he didn't tell me whom he was!) Well I have been sitting back on the fringes of Steampunk for... dear god give me a moment I am counting...ok At least 6 years a max of 10. I discovered it because of costuming. I am a creative costuming whore. I do everything from special effects make up to Lady Ashleeh Alysworth of england the queens royal dress maker. She is blessedly retired until my two year disolution of my contract is over then I can start portraying her again. I have had many concepts over the years and most often used them for my Larp Characters. All around I am a gamer geek not so much on mmorpgs but I don't mind some good "clean" dice fun. However Since joining I have been inspired by a persona. Lillian Kreper Harper (Lilly Harper) A Nurse. With a hiden Identity I am still fleshing her out but so far things are looking very interesting with her. I look forward to building my wardrobe for her. bows Thank you I am happy to find this site. I wonder would it be alright for some of these things that I bring my daughter? Of course she will have her own steampunkery goodness.

Cammie having comendered my living room and garage in her costuming and gun modification projects for the last week, well she finally managed to get me intrigued enough to get off my butt and check things out.
